Here's how:

  1. Encourage your therapy colleagues to join our Staffing Team.

  •     Be sure that they write your name under the "Referred by" section on their application.

  1. Once your colleague has been approved for employment & works a minimum of 100 hours within the first 120 days of their employment, you earn $100!

The more colleagues you refer, the more YOU earn!

Terms & Conditions:

  • Offer valid for PT, PTA, OT, COTA, and SLP referrals only.

  • Your name must be under "Referred Colleague" on colleague's application.  No exceptions.

    • Referred colleague may only state 1 (one) name on their application.

  • Previously employed RehabAbilities Team members are not eligible.

  • Referred colleague must work a minimum of 100 (one hundred) hours in a 120 (one hundred-twenty) day period before you are eligible to receive a reward.

    • RehabAbilities cannot guarantee hours to referred colleague.

      • Hours are based upon the availability of orders.

  • Rewards will be issued by the 10th of the month following completion of referred colleague's 120 (one hundred-twenty) days of employment.

  • Rewards are based upon referred colleagues' first 120 (one hundred-twenty) days of employment, which begins on the first day that the referred colleague completes a shift.

  • This reward/bonus program is not valid with any other reward/bonus program being offered by RehabAbilities.
