fine print:
Your name must be on the "Referred Colleague’s"
application. (No exceptions.) Offer valid for PTs, OTs, SLPs
and OTAs only.
The "Referred Colleague" can only state one name on
his/her application.
Previously employed RehabAbilities Team Members are not eligible
as "Referred Colleagues".
RehabAbilities cannot guarantee hours to "Referred
Colleagues". All hours worked are based on availability of
orders.
A "Referred Colleague" must work a minimum of 20 hours in
a 90 day period for you to be eligible to receive a reward.
All rewards will be paid on a monthly basis and will be issued
by the 10th of the month following.
Payment for a "Referred Colleague" is for the first 90
days of their employment, commencing on the first day that your
"Referred Colleague" works. The amount of the reward is solely
dependent on the amount of hours your "Referred Colleague"
works.
This reward/bonus program is not valid with any other
reward/bonus program being offered by RehabAbilities.
